Shipping & Returns


Crosswinds Brand, LLC will ship via the United States Postal Service to anywhere in the United States. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase our products, please contact us by e-mail to determine actual shipping costs for your location.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are the approximate expenses to deliver your item(s). Crosswinds Brand, LLC does not charge exorbitant fees for shipping/handling.

For product orders exceeding $125.00, please contact us for possible discounted shipping costs.

Processing Time

Our packages get shipped out Monday-Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed Monday-Friday. Processing time could be extended based on the availability of your item.

Refusing Shipment

Shipping and other costs incurred while attempting to deliver merchandise that is refused will be billed to the customer.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Retain all packaging materials and immediately contact the carrier to file a damage claim. Please do not return damaged items to Crosswinds Brand, LLC. However, we will assist with filing the claim as much as we can.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped via USPS, but some orders may be shipped by other carriers if being mailed outside the United States.

Transit Time

For orders shipped by USPS, below is a general guide for expected transit times throughout the United States. Please note, this is only a guide, and transit times could be longer/shorter for various reasons.



All sales are final on soap products due to the nature of these products. If a mistake is made by us in shipping the correct item we will make it right. However, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item in the mail.

If your product was purchased at a retail store, it is your responsibility to work with that retailer regarding your issue with the item.
